If no whales are seen during the trip, you will receive one Gift Card for the FULL Value of your trip to use on future trips.

Gift cards may be used for future seats of value on the Highland Dancer.

Gift cards may be used towards the cost of Zodiac seats; however, passenger is required to pay the difference in cost per seat.

When making your reservation, please select only one tour time. It is imperative to refrain from reserving multiple tour times within a single day to ensure fairness to all groups. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please ensure that the cancellation is completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of departure. If the cancellation is not processed within this specified timeframe, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost will be applied to your credit card to account for the lost seating. It is essential to contact us to cancel your tour time at least 24 hours before departure. Furthermore, failure to attend your scheduled tour will result in a 100% no-show fee charged to the credit card provided, to compensate for the lost seating.

Additionally, we have a limited number of seats available each day, with a maximum of 35 per trip and only four trips offered daily.
